About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter / SDR to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to a provided list of clients, engaging them by phone, and booking qualified appointments directly into our calendar.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with clients, is organized, and understands how to work effectively with scheduling and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to a provided list of leads/clients.
Clearly communicate the value of our services and set appointments.
Book appointments using Calendly and update client information in our CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and scheduled meetings.
Work within Canadian business hours, preferably 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST.
Requirements
Proven phone sales / appointment setting / SDR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Calendly and CRM platforms.
Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to conversations naturally.
Understanding of Canadian time zones and ability to work during business hours.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Reliable internet, computer and camera for a video call
Schedule & Pay
Part-Time: 2 hours per day to start, with potential for more hours as the role grows.
$4.00 (CAD - Canadian Dollars)
$0.10 per successful approiment from prime list
$0.50 per successful approiment from non-prime list
$25.00 per closing from non-prime list
Flexible but must be within Canadian business hours (EST preferred).
