# Social Media Growth & Content Specialist (Full-Time | Remote | In-House Team Role)

Our brands are focused on helping people move to and succeed in the UAE and Middle East. We are now looking for a highly experienced Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to join our in-house team and help build our social media presence from the ground up.

This is not a basic posting job.

We want someone who understands:

* Social media psychology
* Viral and engaging content
* Competitor research
* Organic growth strategies
* Audience engagement
* Content planning and execution
* How to build real followers, views, leads, and brand authority

We are looking for someone who can take ownership and help us scale aggressively.

## Your Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media platforms including:

* TikTok
* Instagram
* Facebook
* YouTube
* LinkedIn (bonus)

Your responsibilities will include:

### Content Research & Strategy

* Research competitors and trending accounts
* Find high-performing content ideas online
* Study viral trends and adapt them to our brands
* Research market trends in UAE business, Dubai lifestyle, relocation, real estate, and entrepreneurship
* Bring fresh content ideas weekly

### Content Planning & Posting

* Create social media calendars
* Schedule and publish content consistently
* Write engaging captions and hooks
* Organize content by campaigns and themes
* Repurpose content across platforms

### Social Media Growth

* Grow followers organically
* Improve engagement rates
* Increase reach, shares, comments, and saves
* Understand algorithms and platform best practices
* Suggest and execute growth strategies

### Community Engagement

* Reply to comments and messages
* Engage with other accounts strategically
* Build online community presence
* Help improve brand credibility online

### Reporting & Performance

* Track analytics and performance
* Identify what content works best
* Provide weekly reports and recommendations
* Continuously improve strategy based on data

## Requirements

### MUST HAVE:

* Extensive social media management experience
* Proven history of growing social media pages/accounts
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
* Excellent English communication skills
* Experience with content planning and strategy
* Ability to research and source content ideas independently
* Understanding of viral content and audience engagement
* Ability to work fast and proactively
* Strong organizational skills

### BIG ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:

* Experience in real estate
* Experience in UAE/Dubai-related content
* Experience in business/entrepreneurship content
* Video editing skills
* Canva/CapCut experience
* AI tools knowledge
* Copywriting skills
