Domestic inventory
Overseas supply coordination
Logistics and freight coordination
Truck tire casings and used truck tires
We are building a more structured and scalable operation and are looking for someone highly organized who can help improve workflow, coordination, and execution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is focused on operations, coordination, organization, and execution.
This is NOT a heavy outbound sales position.
You will help organize supplier communication, inventory tracking, CRM updates, quotations, logistics coordination, and internal workflow.
We are looking for someone proactive who can help improve structure and organization as the company grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up with suppliers and maintain inventory updates
Track overseas and domestic inventory availability
Organize customer and supplier information
Maintain CRM accuracy and workflow organization
Support quotations and logistics coordination
Help improve internal systems and operational structure
Maintain organized reporting and documentation
Support communication between operations and sales
Track supplier pricing and product availability

REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with CRM systems
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset
Professional communication skills
Operations/admin/coordinator experience preferred
Comfortable working with structure and accountability systems
We are NOT looking for beginners.
We prefer intermediate to experienced candidates who can help improve workflow and structure.
Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, or coordination roles is a strong plus.

COMPENSATION
Starting Base: $450–$550/month (Part-Time)
Potential full-time growth opportunity for strong performers
Higher compensation may be considered for highly experienced operations candidates.

Approximately 20 hours per week
Morning U.S. EST availability preferred
