JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours /week)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Salary $5- $6/hour (higher based on experience)

We are a growing U.S. based medical practice seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Filipino remote workers to join our call center and administrative support team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and an accurate but fast worker. .The individual needs to be professional, reliable, and be available for full-time work (40 hours per week).
Fluent English communication is required. Knowledge of eCW is helpful.
If you have prior experience in a healthcare setting, making appointments, verifying insurance, prior authorizations, and enjoy helping patients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Answer inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism

Schedule patient appointments accurately with care

Obtain prior authorizations for medications using cover my meds

Authorize medication refills

Verify health insurance benefits and eligibility

Process referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers

Update patient records and document communications

Collaborate with U.S.-based staff and follow established protocols

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) – eCW (eClinicalWorks)

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment

Compensation:
Starting at $5.00 - $6.00 per hour, with potential for increase based on experience and performance
