JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented IT & Reputation Systems Specialist to assist with infrastructure testing, account environment management, and reputation system analysis.

**We are looking to boost our trust pilot reviews and you must be able bypass Trustpilot's review system**

This role involves configuring isolated virtual environments, managing device/network identities, organizing account systems, and documenting platform moderation behavior and trust-related findings.

The ideal candidate has experience with:
Virtual machines
VPN/network configuration
Browser environments
Account management systems
Spreadsheet tracking
Technical troubleshooting
Behavioral/platform testing

Responsibilities
Configure and manage isolated virtual machine environments
Organize multiple device/browser/account profiles
Manage IP allocation and environment separation
Create and maintain detailed operational logs and spreadsheets
Conduct platform behavior and moderation testing
Analyze account trust, reputation, and detection patterns
Document findings, inconsistencies, and moderation outcomes
Submit organized reports to management

Requirements
Experience with virtual machines (VMware, VirtualBox, etc.)
Familiarity with VPNs, proxies, and network configurations
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting systems
Ability to follow structured SOPs
Reliable internet connection
