JOB TYPE: Full-Time (with potential on-call/weekend shifts in the future)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support our US-based Healthcare (Elderly Care) recruitment operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, candidate screening, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in overseas recruitment, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work during US CST hours while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand client requirements and post job openings on appropriate job portals and social media platforms
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using recruitment agencies, employer websites, job boards, and social networks
Source, map, and screen resumes based on required skills, experience, and knowledge
Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
Perform client onboarding and maintain regular communication via calls and
Coordinate and complete background verification for newly hired employees
Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation
Create, update, and implement company HR policies
Support performance review processes and HR reporting
Ensure confidentiality and compliance throughout all HR and recruitment activities.
WORK SCHEDULE / SHIFT AVAILABILITY:
Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Night Shift: Required
QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred):
3–5 years of recruitment experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as an overseas recruiter
Proven experience in US Healthcare recruitment, preferably in Elderly Care
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
Strong ability to build sourcing and job posting strategies across multiple platforms
Experience sourcing and mapping candidates from multiple channels
Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
