JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and creative Meta Ads specialist to help scale a fast-growing health supplement brand in the fitness and wellness industry.
Our brand focuses on blood flow, circulation, gym performance, wellness, and healthy lifestyle supplements. We are looking for someone who understands how to create high-converting Facebook and Instagram video ads inspired by winning competitors in the Meta Ads Library — while still creating original content for our brand.
About the Role
You will:

Research successful supplement ads in the Meta Ads Library

Break down winning hooks, structures, visuals, and messaging

Create engaging short-form video ads for Facebook and Instagram

Use AI tools and editing software to produce ad creatives efficiently

Help test new ad angles and concepts weekly

Work closely with the brand owner to improve performance and scaling

Responsibilities

Daily Meta Ads Library competitor research

Find trending supplement and wellness ad creatives

Create UGC-style ads, slideshow ads, motion graphic ads, and simple VSLs

Write compelling hooks and captions

Edit short-form videos optimized for conversions

Organize creative files and ad concepts

Suggest new marketing ideas and testing strategies

Requirements

Experience creating Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads

Understanding of direct response marketing

Experience with health, fitness, wellness, or supplement brands preferred

Familiar with Meta Ads Library research

Skilled in CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software

Able to create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds

Good English communication

Reliable and organized

Bonus Skills

AI video editing tools

Copywriting experience

UGC ad scripting

TikTok ads experience

Graphic design experience

Experience scaling eCommerce brands
