JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a remote Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled in sales, CRM management, and client communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced online environment. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into paying clients, managing scheduling systems, and supporting daily operations.
Hours: Part-time (10–20 hours/week to start)
Potential: Up to 40 hours/week within 30 days, based on performance
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: Based on experience (hourly + potential performance bonuses)

Key Responsibilities
    •    Sales & Client Communication
    ?    Follow up with new leads from BookingKoala, GoHighLevel, and website forms.
    ?    Convert inbound leads into booked cleanings through phone, text, and email.
    ?    Maintain consistent communication with clients, upselling recurring cleanings when possible.
    ?    Manage quote requests and send professional service estimates.
    •    Operations Support
    ?    Manage and organize the daily and weekly cleaning schedule using BookingKoala.
    ?    Update client information, notes, and payment records in GoHighLevel CRM.
    ?    Coordinate with cleaning teams or subcontractors for scheduling and availability.
    ?    Assist with invoice tracking, follow-ups, and feedback collection after cleanings.
    •    Marketing & Admin
    ?    Send out promotional emails, review requests, and social engagement messages.
    ?    Track lead sources, conversion metrics, and performance data in CRM dashboards.
    ?    Support management in process documentation and client retention strategies.

Qualifications
    •    Required:
    ?    Proven sales experience (preferably in service-based or cleaning businesses).
    ?    Experience using BookingKoala and GoHighLevel.
    ?    Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    ?    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    ?    Ability to work independently and meet daily goals.
    ?    Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours.
    •    Preferred:
    ?    Experience in customer service, real estate, or home service industries.
    ?    Familiarity with automation workflows and follow-up campaigns in GoHighLevel.
    ?    Previous experience supporting cleaning companies or remote service businesses.
