We are looking for a reliable Automotive Content & Canva Assistant to help create social media,
This is an ongoing remote role for someone who is creative, organised, detail-focused and confident using Canva.
A large amount of our work is in the automotive and motorcycle space, so this role would suit someone who has an interest in cars, motorcycles, 4WDs, motorsport, racing, performance parts or mechanical products.
You do not need to be a mechanic or an expert, but you must be willing to learn the products and understand what matters to the customer.
About the Role
You will help turn product links, photos, campaign ideas and simple briefs into ready-to-use marketing graphics.

This is not just about making things look pretty. The creative needs to be clear, readable, commercially useful and suitable for real automotive and eCommerce businesses.
Main Tasks
Create social media graphics in Canva
Create
Create
Resize graphics for
Create simple carousel posts
Use product photos, logos and website images
Follow brand examples and creative briefs
Create multiple versions of creatives for testing
Organise Canva files and exported assets
Prepare basic draft captions when needed
Check spelling, sizing, layout and product details before submitting
Keep tasks updated in our project management system
Industry Context
Most of the work is for Australian automotive, motorcycle, 4x4 and performance brands.
Examples of products may include:
performance exhaust systems
motorcycle suspension parts
4x4 accessories
turbo and performance parts
workshop fitment posts
product promotions
sale campaigns
new arrival posts
back-in-stock posts
You do not need to know every product already, but you must be interested enough to learn.
We are not looking for generic lifestyle designs. We need clean, practical marketing creative that helps customers quickly understand:
what the product is
why it matters
who it suits
where to buy it
Requirements:
Strong Canva skills
Good design sense
Strong written English
High attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Good communication
Able to follow instructions carefully
Able to work independently after training
Comfortable working with Australian businesses
Available for overlap with Australian business not all
Organised with files, folders and deadlines
Willing to learn automotive, motorcycle and 4x4 product categories
Bonus Skills
These are not required, but they would be helpful:
Interest in cars, motorcycles, 4WDs, racing or motorsport
Experience creating
Experience with eCommerce or product-based brands
Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp graphics
Basic Shopify experience
Basic Figma skills
Basic CapCut or short-form video editing
Social media scheduling experience
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, consistent and easy to work with.
Design skill matters, but reliability is just as important. Please do not apply if you are looking for occasional casual design work only or if you struggle to meet deadlines.
This role would suit someone who enjoys consistent creative production, can follow templates, communicates clearly and wants long-term remote work.

Hours
Starting at 15 to 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full time if the role is a good fit.
This will start as a paid trial role, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship.
