Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer
Performance Ad Creative Specialist for Meta Ads

• You only use Canva or CapCut. Adobe Creative Suite experience is mandatory

We are looking for a high level Graphic Designer & Motion Designer focused on creating high converting ad creative specifically for Meta Ads.
This is not a social media content role.
This is not a Canva template role.
This is not an AI prompt role.
Your primary responsibility is to create original ad creative that generates leads and improves campaign performance.
You will work closely with strategists and media buyers to:
• Develop compelling ad angles
• Research industries and competitors
• Analyse winning ads via Meta Ads Library
• Create performance driven static and motion ad creative
• Build multiple ad variations for testing
• Improve CTR, CPA and conversion rates through ad creative
You will be expected to think like a performance marketer, not just a designer.
This Role Is For You If:
• You understand direct response marketing
• You know how to create strong hooks and scroll stopping ad creative
• You can create original concepts without relying on templates
• You understand buyer psychology and paid media performance
• You are detail obsessed and proactive
• You can confidently use Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Video editing skills are a bonus, not a requirement.
