We are currently accepting applications for a US Healthcare Insurance Biller/Claim Specialist position.

• At least 2 years of experience as a US Healthcare Insurance Biller/Claim Specialist in a US-based company is required.

MUST HAVE experience with Medicare claims and Medicare + Supplemental plans ( ---------- condary plans), commercial insurances

MUST HAVE experience submitting claims for Chronic Disease Management and Psychiatry

MUST HAVE at least 90% first submission without denials/rejections acceptance rate

• Police background check issued within the past year must be available before the interview.
Providing a police clearance is REQUIRED for a candidate to advance to the interview stage.

• Open to receiving feedback and committed to professional growth.

• Fluent English speaking skills are required.

• Must demonstrate integrity at all times. No deception during the interview process or employment, and no embellishing work hours.
• Seeking a well-rounded individual capable of performing all responsibilities listed below.

• Terms: The position starts at 10-15 hours per week, with the potential to become full-time.
• 12 paid time off (PTO) or sick days per year (available for full-time staff).
• Bonuses available for specific tasks (details to be determined).

• About Us: We are a solo-provider private practice specializing in medication management for adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. We hope to expand this year by hiring another provider.

Responsibilities:

You must be able to successfully submit insurance claims, appeal denials, and communicate effectively with the providers and tea ---------- mbers.

Technical Requirements:

•ability to navigate different internet platforms (ie.Email, Google Docs, Charm EHR, USPAY for payments, Headway, etc.). You do not need experience with these specific platforms; you just need experience navigating multiple platforms.
•HIPAA trained
•must sign a non-disclosure agreement
