JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are a fast-paced real estate company based in Long Island seeking a reliable and experienced admin to support daily operations, lead generation, and client follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a strong background in real estate systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound reception calls in a professional and timely manner
Conduct warm calling and consistent lead follow-up to nurture prospects and ability to convert a lead to a customer or client.
Perform skip tracing and research to identify and verify potential leads
Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions are accurately logged
Utilize Follow Up Boss and Mojo Dialer for lead tracking and outreach
Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team’s operations
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and leadership
Transaction coordinating and listing management

Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate (U.S. market experience preferred)
Strong familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Follow Up Boss
Experience using Mojo Dialer or similar calling platforms
Knowledgeable with Matrix and/or other MLS platforms
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to work weekends and U.S holidays

Technical Requirements:
Reliable computer/laptop with updated operating system
Stable high-speed internet connection
Backup internet solution (e.g., pocket WiFi or secondary provider)
Quality headset with noise-canceling microphone
Quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls (please send photo of your workstation)
