About the Role

We are looking for an absolute superstar paid advertising expert to help us scale high-quality lead generation campaigns in the business loans / business funding / merchant cash advance / small business financing space.

This is not a beginner media buyer role.

We are looking for someone who deeply understands paid acquisition, conversion funnels, tracking, testing, targeting, creative strategy, landing pages, lead quality, and post-lead conversion — not just someone who knows how to launch basic ads.

You should be highly experienced across:

Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads / Facebook / Instagram
Retargeting campaigns
PPC campaign structure
Lead generation funnels
Landing page optimization
Tracking and attribution
AI-driven search visibility using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other emerging AI discovery channels

Our company operates in the business funding space, so the goal is not just to generate cheap leads. The goal is to generate real business owners who are actively looking for capital, loans, funding, working capital, or merchant cash advance options.

This role requires someone who thinks beyond the ad account. We need a person who understands the entire customer acquisition funnel — not just impressions, clicks, and form fills. You should care deeply about what happens after the lead comes in: how fast they are contacted, whether they answer, whether they submit documents, whether they complete the application, and whether the lead turns into a real funding opportunity.

We are not just buying leads.

We are building a complete business funding acquisition system that turns the right business owners into completed applications, collected documents, approved files, and funded deals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid lead generation campaigns across major advertising platforms.

This includes:

Creating and managing Google Search campaigns for high-intent business loan keywords
Building LinkedIn campaigns targeting business owners, executives, operators, and decision-makers
Running Meta Ads campaigns for small business funding offers
Creating retargeting campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
Researching and testing new paid ad platforms and lead generation channels
Building campaign structures that separate high-intent, mid-intent, and retargeting audiences
Writing or directing ad copy that converts business owners
Helping improve landing pages, forms, and funnels
Monitoring CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, funded deals, and ROI
Setting up and improving tracking through Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events, UTM tracking, CRM attribution, and reporting dashboards
Testing different offers, hooks, audiences, keywords, creatives, and landing page angles
Identifying wasted spend and aggressively improving campaign efficiency
Working with our team to understand which leads turn into real funding opportunities
Creating weekly performance reports with clear recommendations
Helping us build long-term paid acquisition infrastructure, not just isolated campaigns
Post-Lead Conversion & Handoff Responsibilities

This role does not stop at generating leads.

In business loan lead generation, the money is made after the form is submitted. A cheap lead that does not answer, does not send documents, or does not move through the process is not valuable.

You will help optimize the full journey from:

Ad click ? landing page ? form fill ? contact attempt ? document collection ? application completion ? qualified funding opportunity ? funded deal

Responsibilities include:

Improving the handoff process after a lead submits a form
Helping design better lead forms, qualification flows, and application steps
Working with the sales team to understand which leads convert and which leads waste time
Creating campaigns that optimize for real business owners, not junk form fills
Helping improve speed-to-lead workflows
Suggesting SMS, email, phone, and retargeting follow-up sequences after form submission
Helping increase the percentage of leads who answer the phone
Helping increase the percentage of leads who submit bank statements and required documents
Helping reduce drop-off between lead submission and completed application
Building retargeting campaigns for leads who started but did not finish the process
Creating separate strategies for cold leads, warm leads, abandoned forms, incomplete applications, and document-request follow-ups
Tracking lead quality beyond the initial CPL, including contact rate, application completion rate, document collection rate, approval rate, and funded deal rate
Helping connect ad platform data with CRM outcomes so we can see which campaigns produce real revenue

The right candidate understands that we are not just trying to get someone to fill out a form. We are trying to get qualified business owners to complete the process, send documents, speak with the team, and move toward funding.

AI Search / AI Visibility Responsibilities

We are also looking for someone who understands the future of search and visibility.

You should either already understand, or be eager and capable of mastering, how brands and websites get discovered, referenced, indexed, and surfaced across AI-driven search and answer engines such as:

ChatGPT
Claude
Perplexity
Google AI Overviews
Gemini
Bing Copilot
Other AI-powered search and discovery platforms

This includes:

Optimizing content so AI tools can understand and reference the company
Structuring website pages for authority, clarity, and topical relevance
Creating content that answers high-intent business funding questions
Helping improve brand mentions, citations, backlinks, and online authority
Understanding how SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI visibility are evolving
Helping us become more searchable and discoverable when business owners ask AI tools about business loans, MCA funding, working capital, and alternative financing
