Website Manager / WordPress Divi Developer

We are an Amazon-focused agency looking for a Website Manager to take ownership of our website and implement ongoing improvements across structure, design, layout, and front-end execution.

You will work closely with our:
Director of Business Development, who will provide strategy and direction
Designer, who will provide Figma-based designs

All content strategy and design direction will be provided. Your role is to build, update, and maintain the website cleanly and effectively.

Core Responsibilities

Build website pages from Figma designs using Divi
Ensure layouts match the approved designs accurately
Maintain clean spacing, formatting, and page structure
Optimize all pages for desktop and mobile
Add and manage front-end interactive elements, including:

Scrolling effects
Hover states
Arrows
Transitions
Basic animations
Keep all pages visually polished, consistent, and easy to navigate
Update existing pages as needed
Maintain proper page hierarchy and clean front-end structure
Identify and fix website layout, formatting, and usability issues

Requirements

* Strong WordPress experience
* Divi experience required
* Divi Supreme Pro experience
* Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into live website pages
* Strong understanding of responsive design for desktop and mobile
* Experience with front-end layout, structure, animations, and interactive elements
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to take ownership of website updates and improvements
* Reliable communication and ability to execute quickly on provided direction
