JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We are a real estate construction management company, located in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

Looking for a Certified Human Resource Associate, with at least 10+ years of active and verifiable Human Resource (HR) experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Retention with KPI, and SOP creation. The role is to filter and find potential employees that meet the company job descriptions. Conduct initial interviews, and provide a rating based on potential fit.

We anticipate finding the right candidate may take 30-40 hours for each role, over a few weeks. We are looking to fill out the following 2 roles:
1) Construction Management Project coordinator and estimator
2) Construction Management Project manager

Other HR duties:
- Perform resume search, and outreach for 2 desired candidates (Construction Project Coordinator, and Construction Project Manager)
- Perform Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention duties.
- Track Talent KPI objectives.
- Create a "Path to Success" plan for each role in the organization (how to reach the KPI)
- Track the progress of the "Path to Success" plan for each employee
- Create SOP for job roles
- Create Manager Binder.

Pay Terms:
- PHP $150 / hour, paid every 2 weeks.
- 4 days per week: Monday, Wed, Thurd, Friday weekly.
- 4 Hours/day: 9 am to 1 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- PHP $2,400 philippine pesos per week (4 hours x $150 PHP/hrs x 4 days)
- PHP $9,600 philippine pesos per month ($2,400 PHP x 4 weeks/month)
