JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking self starting individual with experience using housing booking platforms for short and long term rentals. Candidate must be tech savvy, be able to jump between responding to AirBNBs, updating marketing information, answering calls and actively creating a sales pipeline. Knowledge of the AirBNB platform and experience and expertise here is desired experience. I'd also like someone who is comfortable utilizing AI and creative applications to create materials and update marketing information, engage on social media and fine tune listings.

Candidate will be motivated and incentivized to complete certain tasks on a regular basis, and deploy responses and systems to help automate in certain areas. Excellent English and a bold follow up with sales experience and a comfort with learning new technology is desired. 1. Success at this job will ultimately be determined by immediate responsiveness to incoming phone calls and platform inquiries.
2.Active trolling of 40 or so social media groups on facebook and other platforms to respond when people in our local region are seeking housing, and convert these into long term leases.
3. Booking 1 long term lease per week and 3-5 mid-term bookings is the pace of success necessary to keep our units booked. If these success metrics are met, we will raise pay quickly or deploy bonus or commissions.

10 am to 10 pm CST call and platform response coverage 6 days a week (less days requested off).
Call and inquiry coverage on weekends is a priority.
Dedicated online work presence across all materials can be agreed to with applicant. Suggestion is one weekend day, one half day during the week and four additional full days of dedicated work. Suggested work hours are 10-11 am start times for eight hours.
