About the role
I run a portfolio of faceless YouTube channels and need a reliable VA to handle the upload side of operations. You'll be working inside anti-detect browser profiles with assigned proxies — one channel = one profile = one proxy. If you don't already know what that sentence means, this job isn't for you.
What you'll actually do
-Upload videos to YouTube via assigned anti-detect browser profiles
-Set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, end screens, cards, chapters
-Schedule uploads according to a content calendar
-Maintain strict profile/proxy hygiene (never cross-contaminate logins, cookies, or sessions)
-Log uploads in a tracking sheet (Google Sheets / Notion)
-Flag any channel warnings, strikes, or weird behavior immediately
-Occasionally help with community posts and pinned comments
Required (non-negotiable)
-Hands-on experience with at least one anti-detect browser: GoLogin, AdsPower, Multilogin, Incogniton, Kameleo, Dolphin Anty, or similar
-Understanding of how residential / mobile proxies work and why they matter
-Solid grasp of YouTube Studio (uploads, scheduling, metadata, monetization tab)
-Reliable internet (100 Mbps+) and a backup connection
-Excellent written English
-Discretion — you'll be handling sensitive account access
To apply, reply with:
-Which anti-detect browser(s) you've used and for how long
-What proxy provider(s) you've worked with (e.g. IPRoyal, Bright Data, Soax, 922proxy)
-How many YouTube channels you've managed simultaneously
-Your fastest realistic turnaround for uploading + fully optimizing one video
-Start your reply with the word "profile" so I know you read the whole post
Generic copy-paste applications get deleted. Show me you've actually done this work.
