World Class Industrial Supply is a growing U.S.-based industrial distributor serving wind-energy, electrical, construction, maintenance and industrial-service customers nationwide.
We sell industrial tools, hydraulic and torque equipment, safety products, high-voltage equipment, workwear, rigging products and specialty supplies. We also provide tool calibration, repair and rental services.
Our ecommerce platform uses BigCommerce B2B Edition integrated with NetSuite through Folio3.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Senior BigCommerce B2B Edition Developer in the Philippines to improve, maintain and support our existing ecommerce website.
This is not a basic product-upload or virtual-assistant position. The successful candidate must be able to work directly with BigCommerce theme code, diagnose technical problems and improve the customer experience of an established B2B ecommerce store.
The initial priority will be repairing and improving our existing website. Long-term responsibilities will include ongoing development, testing, optimization and technical support.
Primary Responsibilities
Audit the existing BigCommerce storefront and create a prioritized improvement plan
Repair homepage layout and banner issues
Customize and maintain the BigCommerce Stencil theme
Improve desktop and mobile responsiveness
Reorganize categories, menus, filters and navigation
Improve product-detail and category-page templates
Add and improve Request a Quote functionality
Customize B2B account-registration wording and workflows
Improve company-account, buyer and approval experiences
Build and improve service pages for calibration, repair and rentals
Troubleshoot cart, checkout and account issues
Improve website speed, accessibility and technical SEO
Create reusable Page Builder widgets
Test changes across browsers and screen sizes
Troubleshoot the BigCommerce side of our Folio3–NetSuite integration
Coordinate with Folio3 or NetSuite specialists when ERP-side work is required
Maintain code through Git/GitHub
Test all changes in a copied theme or staging environment before production
Document changes, settings and troubleshooting procedures
Provide weekly progress demonstrations
Required Experience
At least three years of professional BigCommerce development experience
Strong experience with the BigCommerce Stencil framework
BigCommerce B2B Edition experience
Strong HTML5, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript skills
Experience with Handlebars templates
Experience with Page Builder and custom widgets
Experience with BigCommerce REST APIs and webhooks
Git and GitHub version-control experience
Responsive and mobile-first development experience
Ecommerce UX and conversion-optimization knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot production ecommerce problems
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
Preferred Experience
NetSuite or other ERP integration experience
Folio3 connector experience
Industrial distribution or manufacturing ecommerce
Large technical product catalogs
Customer-specific pricing and product visibility
B2B company accounts and buyer permissions
Online quoting and RFQ workflows
Technical search and product filtering
Payment, tax, shipping and checkout integrations

Node.js, React or TypeScript experience
Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Remote position
At least four working hours must overlap with U.S. Central Time
Reliable internet connection and dependable attendance are required
Compensation
₱120,000–₱160,000 per month, depending on verified experience
Initial 90-day evaluation period
13th-month pay

Paid Technical Assessment
Final candidates will complete a paid technical assessment using a copied theme or development environment.
The assessment may include:
Diagnosing a homepage layout problem
Identifying why a product cannot be added to the cart
Editing a storefront header label
Proposing mobile-navigation improvements
Submitting documented code changes through Git
Production-store access will not be provided during the assessment.
