About us
We're a fast-moving e-commerce group running multiple DTC brands across the EU. Paid social — specifically Meta — is the engine behind our growth. We're looking for someone who can both run the ads and own the infrastructure they run on.
The role
You'll wear two hats, and they're tightly connected. On one side, you're launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and keeping a close eye on rejects and policy issues at the creative level. On the other, you're managing the entire Meta asset stack — pages, ad accounts, BMs, profiles, proxies, suppliers, and backups — that makes the buying possible in the first place.
The person who launches the ads is also the person who knows immediately when an account is at risk, which creatives are getting flagged, and what backup is ready to go. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, no waiting.
What you'll do
Media buying & ad management
- Launch campaigns across our brands — testing, scaling, structuring CBOs/ABOs, audiences, and placements
- Monitor performance daily and make buying decisions (kill, scale, duplicate, restructure)
- Watch rejects closely — understand why ads get rejected, fix what's fixable, escalate or replace what isn't
- Manage appeals on rejected ads and disabled accounts
- Spot patterns in rejections early (before they cascade into account-level restrictions) and adjust creative or angle in coordination with the creative team
- Coordinate with creative and brand teams on what's working, what's needed next, and what's hitting policy walls
Infrastructure & operations
- Manage all Meta assets across our brands: Business Managers, ad accounts,
- Maintain our profile and proxy infrastructure — keep profiles healthy, rotate where needed, keep structures clean
- Build and maintain redundancy — always have backup ad accounts, backup pages, and backup BMs ready to deploy
- Manage supplier relationships — coordinate with ad account suppliers, page suppliers, and agency account providers; vet new ones, maintain reliable partners
- Monitor asset health proactively — restrictions, policy warnings, page quality drops, BM bans
- Send regular overviews — daily/weekly reports on performance, asset health, what's at risk, what's been replaced
- Keep documentation tight — every account, page, login, and supplier properly organized
What we're looking for
- Proven media buying experience on Meta for e-commerce — ideally DTC / dropshipping with meaningful daily spend
- Strong grasp of Meta's policies and rejection logic — you can look at a creative and predict whether it'll get flagged
- Hands-on experience managing Meta infrastructure: BMs, ad accounts, pages, profiles, proxies, and how they all interact
- Existing network of reliable ad account and page suppliers is a strong plus
- Comfortable with anti-detect browsers (Multilogin, AdsPower, GoLogin), proxy management, and 2FA tooling
- Highly organized — this role lives or dies on documentation and follow-through
- Calm under pressure. When accounts get banned mid-scale on a Friday, we need someone who already has the next move ready
- Fluent English; additional EU languages a plus
- Available during EU business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta agency ad accounts and reseller relationships
- Background scaling DTC offers in the EU
- Light scripting / automation skills for monitoring and reporting
What we offer
Good market salary
Bonuses when keeping the structures and performance alive for specific time frames
A core role with real ownership — both creative-facing and operational
How to apply
Send a short message to
Your media buying background — brands, daily spend levels, verticals, results
Your infrastructure experience — how many accounts/BMs you've managed, supplier network you'd bring
A situation where catching a reject pattern early saved an account (or where you recovered fast when one didn't survive)
Availability and rate expectation
If this sounds like you, send us a message!
Kind regards,
Emre
