Job Summary
The Consulting Delivery Specialist (CDS) plays a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery. This role supports a seamless customer experience by collaborating closely with Consultants and Data Operations teams, coordinating access to internal resources, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project outputs to clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to provide in-time support
• Become a skilled user of the platform’s capabilities to effectively consult clients
• Assist with project delivery, meeting scheduling, process tracking
• Proceed data validation, data analysis and build compensation reports under tight deadlines
• Ensures that client requirements are understood and addressed while maintaining alignment with project objectives
• Maintain detailed records of client questions and challenges to identify recurring needs
• Communicate client feedback to help improve the platform
• Execute basic troubleshooting including replicate problems, document findings, and provide clear guidance or fixes where possible
Education and Experience
• Technical or post-secondary education is preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience with a background in customer service, customer success, technical support roles, or a related client-facing role
• Must be comfortable learning new technologies and becoming a product expert over time
• Experience supporting SaaS products or client implementations is an asset
