We are a fast-growing service company based in the Netherlands, focused on generating consistent, high-quality leads through digital channels. We are looking for a results-driven expert who can take full ownership of our SEO and paid advertising performance.
You will be responsible for end-to-end management of our SEO and Google Ads ecosystem. This is not a basic execution role — we expect you to think strategically, implement independently, and continuously optimize based on real data.
Your performance will be measured on lead quality, cost efficiency, and ROI/ROAS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Google Ads (Primary Focus)
Plan, create, and manage high-performing campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve CTR, conversion rates, and reduce cost per acquisition
A/B test ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Scale winning campaigns efficiently
SEO (Ongoing Growth)
Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements
Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis
Optimize on-page SEO (structure, metadata, internal linking)
Improve website rankings and organic traffic
Continuously update and improve website content
Wordpress (Elementor)
Having sufficiency in editing, creating and managing Wordpress/Elementor for SEO updates and building pages to support extra SEO demands.
Tracking & Data (Critical Requirement)
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager
Configure conversion tracking (forms, calls, key actions)
Ensure accurate tracking across all channels
Set up and optimize ROI and ROAS tracking
Work with tools like Google Analytics
Provide clear attribution insights and performance breakdowns
Reporting & Accountability
Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports
Deliver actionable insights (not just numbers)
Conduct regular audits and explain what has been improved
Maintain full transparency in work and decisions
Additional Growth Tasks
Once campaigns are stable, support with:
Creating outbound
Writing and sending B2B outreach
Identifying new growth opportunities
ChatGPT and AI visibility
Helps AI tools recognise the brands as relevant moving companies.
? Requirements
Proven experience managing profitable Google Ads campaigns
Strong SEO knowledge (technical + on-page + strategy)
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics setup
Ability to independently set up full tracking infrastructure from scratch
Data-driven mindset (you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses)
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Ability to communicate clearly and report professionally
