JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Content Distribution Manager / Viral Content Operator

I am looking for a full time Content Distribution Manager to help scale my brand across YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, X, and my private community.

This is NOT just a basic editing job and I am NOT looking for someone who just throws videos into AI clipping software.

I need someone who actually understands content, understands people, understands virality, understands retention, and can identify ---------- nts that software and AI tools often miss.

You must understand emotion, controversy, tension, storytelling, reactions, pacing, audience psychology, and what actually keeps people watching and commenting.

Responsibilities:

• Watch and break down my weekly lives, podcasts, reactions, and long form content
• Identify the most viral, emotional, controversial, entertaining, educational, or high retention ---------- nts
• Turn long form content into:
• YouTube videos
• YouTube Shorts
• TikToks
• Instagram Reels
• X posts/clips
• Community posts
• Create strong high CTR thumbnails
• Create and test multiple thumbnails and titles
• Understand A/B testing for YouTube thumbnails and titles
• Upload and optimize content across all platforms
• Remove or censor profanity and anything that may hurt monetization
• Understand YouTube monetization and advertiser friendly editing
• Repurpose older viral content strategically
• Organize content folders and posting schedules
• Maintain daily consistency across all platforms
• Track analytics and identify what content performs best
• Understand my audience, brand voice, and style of content

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and viral short form content
• Strong editing skills
• Strong thumbnail creation skills
• Understanding of audience retention and engagement psychology
• Understanding of A/B testing thumbnails and titles
• Understanding of YouTube monetization
• Must be proactive and highly organized
• Must understand pacing, hooks, subtitles, zooms, cuts, captions, and retention editing
• Must understand what ---------- nts create comments, shares, watch time, and emotional reactions
• Must understand how to clip content manually and intelligently instead of relying only on AI software
• Must be available full time for this role
• Strong English comprehension required

Daily Expectations:

One long form live or podcast should become:
• Full YouTube uploads
• Multiple YouTube Shorts
• Multiple TikToks
• Multiple Instagram Reels
• X clips/posts
• Community posts

The goal is maximum content distribution, consistency, and growth across all platforms.
