Ecommerce Operations Manager (Amazon + Shopify) – Full Time
This is NOT a typical VA role.
We run a fast-growing ecommerce brand selling physical products in the US. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations across:
- Amazon Seller Central (listings, flat files, variations, troubleshooting)
-Shopify (orders, customer service, product updates)
- Customer support
- Coordination with suppliers and 3PL
You should be comfortable solving problems independently, not waiting for instructions.
Requirements:
- English Native/Bilingual
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience working with flat files, variation listings, and listing troubleshooting
- Ability to handle customer service with judgment (not just scripts)
- Full-time availability (10am–6pm EST) with NO other clients during these hours
- Comfortable with screen recording during working hours
