JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a real full-cycle sales closer for a remote U.S.-market B2B role.

This is a U.S.-market sales role focused on selling services to U.S.-based local service businesses, so you must be comfortable speaking with American business owners and selling into the U.S. market.

This is not an appointment setter position.
This is not a lead generator position.
This is not a VA or customer support role.

We are specifically looking for someone who can take a prospect from outreach and first conversation all the way to a closed deal.

You must be comfortable owning the sales process, including:

* building a prospect list from scratch
* contacting and qualifying prospects
* running sales conversations
* handling objections
* following up until decision
* and closing deals

If your background is appointment setting, lead generation, customer support, admin, or booking meetings for someone else to close, this role is not the right fit.

* build and manage your own prospect list based on our targeting direction
* contact potential clients
* qualify real opportunities
* run sales conversations
* handle objections confidently
* follow up consistently
* move qualified prospects toward decision
* close deals
* keep the pipeline and notes updated properly
* submit accurate handoff information once a deal is closed

* experience closing service-based offers is required

We are looking for someone who has been directly responsible for closed business, not someone who only created activity before the close.

Compensation

* paid trial first
* then base + commission for the right closer
* exact structure discussed with shortlisted candidates based on actual fit and closing ability
