JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an editor who genuinely cares about whether a video holds attention. Not someone who cuts footage together — someone who thinks about pacing, energy, and whether a viewer would actually keep watching.
We produce educational and value-driven content for business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Our clients are lawyers, doctors, financial advisors, and consultants who use YouTube and social media to grow their audience and generate leads. This is not lifestyle content. This is not travel or gaming. This is business YouTube — and it requires a specific skill set.
What You'll Be Doing

Editing long-form YouTube videos (typically 10–30 minutes)
Cutting short-form Reels and Shorts from long-form content
Adding captions, motion graphics, B-roll, and music that supports the message
Delivering polished, publish-ready content on a consistent weekly schedule

Requirements

2+ years of experience editing YouTube content specifically
Portfolio must include YouTube videos from business, finance, law, health, or coaching channels
Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Reliable, dedicated internet connection (you will be asked to submit a Speedtest screenshot)
Dedicated workspace — no shared or unstable internet
Available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CST

Who This Is NOT For
If your experience is primarily in vlogs, gaming, travel, lifestyle, wedding, or event editing — please do not apply. We need someone who understands how to make a 20-minute talking-head video engaging from start to finish. If your reel is full of cinematic B-roll and slow cuts, this is not the right role.
What You Can Expect From Us
This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent work and consistent pay. We pay on time, every time. In return, we expect reliability, clear communication, and honesty. If something comes up, tell us — don't disappear. We value that more than perfection. We're building a long-term working relationship, not a revolving door.
To Apply
Send the following to be considered:

A portfolio with at least 3 YouTube videos you edited — links only, no file attachments
One specific video from a business, finance, health, or educational channel that you edited — and tell us in 3–5 sentences what editing choices you made to keep viewers watching
A Speedtest screenshot showing your internet speed
A short paragraph on why you're looking for a long-term full-time role

Applications that do not include all four items will not be reviewed.
