JOB OVERVIEW

Important – Please Read Before Applying

This is NOT a basic VA role.
We are not looking for someone to just follow instructions.
We are looking for someone who can:
Think independently
Create structure
Improve how things are done

If you are someone who waits for step-by-step instructions, this role is NOT for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Guest Communication
Respond to guest messages across Airbnb, ---------- , etc.
Handle issues professionally and calmly
Maintain fast, warm, and clear communication

2. Maintenance & Operations
Coordinate cleaners, handymen, and vendors
Track issues and make sure they are resolved
Prioritize urgent vs non-urgent problems
3. Systems & Process Building (MOST IMPORTANT)
Create SOPs for daily operations
Improve workflows (guest messaging, maintenance, turnovers)
Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways to operate
4. Sales Support
Compile lists of potential property owners
Organize leads and keep data structured
Assist with outreach preparation

What We’re Looking For
Strong written English and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Problem-solver mindset (not just task executor)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals
Experience with tools like Hospitable, Monday, Notion, CRM systems
Experience building SOPs or improving processes

Working Hours
Must overlap with North American time zones (EST preferred)

Compensation
Based on experience (higher for candidates with operations/system experience)
Growth opportunity into a leadership role as the company scales

Application Instructions (READ CAREFULLY)
To apply, include the following:
A short intro about yourself
Your relevant experience

Answer this question:
If you joined tomorrow and everything was disorganized, what are the first 3 things you would do to bring structure?
Write “Instastay Growth” at the top of your application

Final Note
We are building a long-term team.
If you are reliable, proactive, and want to grow into a bigger role — this is a great opportunity.
