JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist with strong expertise in Seller Central case handling, including Toys & Children’s Products listings and approvals.
This role is NOT for beginners and NOT for basic listers. You must know how to communicate effectively with Amazon Support, understand policy requirements (especially for Toys), and resolve issues independently.

Main Responsibilities
Create, manage, reopen, and escalate Amazon Seller Central cases
Handle Toys & Children’s Products listing approvals, including compliance-related issues

Fix:
Suppressed & inactive listings
Listing errors and missing/incorrect attributes
Flat file upload errors
Variation, ASIN, and category issues
Inventory and shipment discrepancies

Upload and optimize listings (manual & flat file)
Respond to Seller Support based on Amazon policies
Provide clear updates and documentation for each case

Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Proven experience handling Amazon Seller Central cases
Experience with Toys listings and approvals (Children’s Products compliance is a plus)
Strong knowledge of flat files
Knowledge of basic HTML for Amazon listing formatting (bullet points, description structure, line breaks, etc.)
Can write clear, policy-based messages to Amazon Support
Knows when and how to rephrase, reopen, or escalate cases
Strong attention to detail (very important)
Can work with minimal supervision

? Do NOT Apply If:
You have no real case-handling experience
You only know basic listing uploads
You rely on templates without understanding the issue
You have no experience with Toys or compliance-related listings

Application Instructions (IMPORTANT)
Describe how you would resolve a suppressed Toys listing due to missing attributes or compliance requirements. What steps do you take if Amazon Support rejects your first case?

Applications that do not follow instructions will be ignored.
