JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support authors with their writing, publishing, and marketing tasks. This role requires a variety of skills, from research and content creation to marketing and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a passion for books, be well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing: Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, handle outreach, and lead generation.
Website Management: Expertly update and maintain the author’s website using no-code/low-code platforms such as Wix, Shopify, and WordPress. Candidates should be capable of setting up landing pages and full websites from scratch.
Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, organize files, and handle calendar scheduling efficiently.
Requirements:

Proven experience in building and managing websites using platforms like Wix, Shopify, and WordPress.
Strong ability to perform tasks with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Passion for reading and books.
Experience in customer service.
Availability during US business hours.
Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
