JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused AI Video Editor & Content Creator to help scale a fast-growing AI video app and multiple healthcare brands.

This is not a basic editing role. You will be responsible for taking ideas and turning them into high-performing short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You must be fast, creative, and understand what makes content go viral.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating short-form videos using AI tools and editing software
• Turning simple ideas into full video concepts and storylines
• Editing engaging, high-retention content (hooks, pacing, captions)
• Adding music, voiceovers, and sound effects
• Repurposing content across multiple platforms
• Testing different styles and improving performance over time
• Working closely with the founder to execute content strategy

You will be working across:
• AI video app (Sofina AI)
• Healthcare brands (dental and medical)
• Social media growth campaigns

• Strong experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts viral content
• Experience using AI tools (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work fast and meet daily output targets
• Strong English communication
• Reliable internet and ability to work consistently
Create Meta and other ads using Ai tools and others

Bonus if you:
• Have created viral content before
• Understand storytelling and hooks
• Have experience with AI video generation tools
