THE ROLE
We're a US-based life insurance agency. We hire agent candidates through Indeed. Your job is to call those candidates after they apply, run a scripted 15–20 minute interview, answer basic questions, book the qualified ones onto the owner's calendar, and follow up weekly with candidates moving through their licensing process.
This is volume phone work. 25+ scheduled calls per shift. You work from a script. You will not be cold calling, lead generating, or selling to clients.

SCHEDULE
Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break
= 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time
28 paid hours/week. Saturday, Sunday, Monday off.
Daily structure:
- 9:00 AM CST — Calendar review, CRM check, daily projection sent to owner
- 10:00 AM CST — Daily team training call
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST — Interviews
- 1:00 – 2:00 PM CST — Unpaid break
- 2:00 – 5:00 PM CST — Interviews
This is graveyard. Do not apply if you cannot commit to this schedule for 6+ months.

PAY
$5–8 USD/hour base. Exact rate set during the interview based on your experience and how you do in the mock call.
Performance bonuses on top of base:
- $10 per agent who attends 3 daily training calls
- $25 per agent who reaches "Good to Go" status (state-licensed and finished carrier contracting)
- Quarterly raises based on performance

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken English, neutral or mild accent
- High-speed home internet, quiet workspace, real headset (not laptop mic)
- Comfortable being recorded and coached
- Available for paid training before going live
Helpful but not required:
- Prior appointment setting, dialing, or recruiting experience
- Long-term US graveyard shift experience
- Insurance, financial services, or recruiting background
