Ryze AI connects Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI models to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. We manage $500M+ in ad spend across 2,000+ clients and 700+ agencies in 23 countries. We're scaling the team fast and need a recruiter who can fill roles end-to-end without hand-holding.
What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, close
Hire across roles — sales, paid media marketers, support, engineering — mostly remote, mostly international (Philippines, South Africa, Eastern Europe, LATAM)
Build sourcing pipelines on LinkedIn, Indeed, PNet, OLJ, and niche job boards
Run first-round screens and weed out the 90% who aren't a fit before they hit a hiring manager
Manage job posts, ATS hygiene, candidate comms, and scheduling
Partner with recruiting agencies when we need to move faster
Track funnel metrics — applications, screen-to-offer, time-to-hire — and actually use them
You're a fit if
2+ years recruiting experience, ideally for a fast-moving startup or agency
You've hired remote/international talent before — you know the playbooks for PH, ZA, Eastern Europe
Native or near-native English — you'll be the first voice candidates hear
You can run 10-15 screens a week without dropping the ball on follow-ups
You're organized by default — ATS, spreadsheets, calendars all stay clean
You actually like talking to people and reading them quickly
You're not a fit if
You need a structured intake process and a 6-week kickoff to get going
You've only worked corporate / in-house at a big company with a full ops team behind you
You ghost candidates or let pipelines go cold
