Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Billboard Advertising Sales & Site Acquisition Specialist. This role combines land acquisition, relationship building, advertising sales, and data analysis. You will play a key role in identifying billboard locations, securing lease agreements, and selling advertising space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research high-traffic locations for potential billboard placements using online tools and mapping software
Analyze traffic counts, demographics, and visibility data to qualify billboard sites
Conduct cold outreach (calls,
Negotiate and secure land lease agreements
Prospect and close new advertising clients (B2B sales)
Perform internet data scraping/scrubbing to build and refine lead lists
Accurately input, track, and manage all leads and deals within CRM systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and data-driven sales pipeline
Continuously improve outreach and site selection using data insights
Qualifications
Experience in sales, real estate, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability in cold calling and outbound sales
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong CRM/data entry skills
Proficient in:
Microsoft Excel (data tracking, organization, basic analysis)
Google Earth / mapping tools (site evaluation and research)
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience with internet data scraping, lead generation, and data cleanup
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
