We are a fast-growing dog training business focused on real-world results—helping owners and their dogs build structure, communication, and long-term behavior change.
We are hiring a GoHighLevel Specialist & Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our CRM systems, lead follow-up processes, and online content execution.
This role starts part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right person who demonstrates consistency, ownership, and execution.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT (READ FIRST)
GoHighLevel experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
If you do not have hands-on experience building or managing workflows, pipelines, automations, or lead management inside GoHighLevel, do not apply.
We are not training someone from scratch on the platform.
Core Responsibilities
—GoHighLevel (CRM, Automations & Lead Management)
Full management of GoHighLevel CRM system
Organize and maintain contacts, pipelines, and opportunities
Build, edit, and optimize workflows and automations
Manage SMS and
Ensure all leads are tracked, tagged, and moved correctly through the pipeline
Maintain clean and accurate CRM data at all times
Improve follow-up systems based on performance and conversion gaps
Support booking and appointment workflows
Follow internal SOPs for lead handling and response timing
—Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content across Instagram,
Write and edit captions based on provided content and direction
Manage DMs and comments with a focus on engagement and lead conversion
Maintain consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Repurpose content into multiple formats when needed
Track basic performance and engagement trends
—Lead Handling & Client Communication
Respond to inbound leads via SMS,
Qualify leads based on provided criteria
Book consultations and manage scheduling
Ensure no lead is missed or delayed in follow-up
—General Operations Support
Inbox and
Light data entry and organization
Assist in improving and documenting SOPs and systems
Support additional tools such as the CanineCoach app
—What We Are Looking For
Proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (required)
Strong understanding of CRM structure, pipelines, and automation logic
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs precisely and execute consistently
Reliable, responsive, and self-managed
Comfortable working independently without constant oversight
Fast learner who can adapt to existing systems and improve them

Social media management or content marketing experience
Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales follow-up
Familiarity with the dog training industry or willingness to learn it deeply
