JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a Canadian print and design company looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with strong experience in print production and scalable mockup creation. This role is ideal for someone who understands how designs move from concept to print and can efficiently produce reusable mockups for high-volume and repeat projects.

Responsibilities
• Prepare print-ready artwork for marketing materials, signage, packaging, and branded assets
• Create and maintain scalable mockups (templates that can be quickly adapted across sizes, locations, and variations)
• Set up files correctly for print production (bleed, trim, margins, CMYK, resolution, export settings)
• Adapt and resize designs and mockups for multiple formats and specifications
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across repeat jobs
• Handle high-volume, production-driven work with strong attention to detail
• Manage revisions, approvals, and production tasks using Notion
• Communicate clearly to ensure accuracy before files are released for print

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign a plus)
• Solid understanding of print production fundamentals
• Proven ability to create reusable, scalable mockups (not one-off designs)
• Experience working with structured brand systems
• Comfortable in deadline-driven, production-heavy workflows
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Clear written communication and reliability
• Ability to work EST hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Nice to Have
• Large-format print or signage experience
• Packaging or promotional product mockups
• Light digital or social design support
• Experience working with international clients
