JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Klaviyo Technician to join our team at Fluid Creatives and work with eCommerce brands.

This is not a freelance or task-based role. It’s a long-term position for someone who knows how to actually build inside Klaviyo and wants to grow with a team that’s scaling fast.

You’ll be responsible for turning strategies and designs into live campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.

Most of our clients already have strong traffic and offers — they’re just missing proper execution. Your role is to make sure everything is built correctly, launched on time, and running without issues.

If you’re detail-oriented, fast, and take pride in clean execution, this role has a lot of upside.

What you’ll be doing:
• Building and sending campaigns inside Klaviyo
• Implementing Figma designs into email builds
• Setting up segments, links, subject lines, and scheduling
• Building and structuring email flows based on strategy
• Creating and managing segments for each client
• Setting up pop-ups and forms when needed
• Handling DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for deliverability
• QA’ing everything before it goes live (links, tracking, segmentation, timing)

Compensation
• $350 base
• $3 per email
• $1 per SMS
• $3 per pop-up

OTE: ~$1,000/month
(Techs typically handle 150–200+ assets per month)

Paid on the 30th of every month

Right now, we’re managing 30+ active clients and continuing to scale quickly.

Your workload will grow as we grow.

This role is a good fit if you:
• Have real experience working inside Klaviyo
• Understand campaigns, flows, and segmentation
• Are extremely detail-oriented (no broken links, no mistakes)
• Can move fast without sacrificing quality
• Know basic email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Can take Figma designs and implement them cleanly
• Want a long-term role, not random gigs

This role is NOT for you if:
• You need constant supervision
• You rush work and miss small details
• You’ve never built campaigns or flows before

How to apply

Start your proposal with “TECH” and tell us about your experience with Klaviyo and what you’ve actually built.

Low-effort applications won’t be considered.
