JOB OVERVIEW

We send 50,000+ marketing/transactional emails per week and several thousand SMS messages through GoHighLevel (LC Email + LC Phone). Volume is increasing. We recently had a deliverability i ---------- that cost us thousands of dollars when webinar registrants stopped receiving event reminders.

We need a true expert — not a generalist email marketer, not a funnel builder, not a "VA who has done some email." A specialist who can keep our sending infrastructure healthy, run domain warmups properly, monitor reputation daily, and catch problems *before* they cost us money.

What You'll Own

- Daily monitoring of domain reputation across Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, and blacklist services
- SPF / DKIM / DMARC configuration and ongoing alignment management
- Setting up and warming dedicated sending subdomains
- A2P 10DLC SMS campaign registration and ongoing compliance
- Weekly bounce, complaint, and engagement reports with specific recommendations
- Diagnosing and fixing deliverability i ---------- quickly
- Running warmup tools (Mailreach / Warmup Inbox / Instantly / Smartlead) for new domains

Required Experience

- Hands-on management of high-volume sending (20K+/week or more) on GoHighLevel, Mailgun, SendGrid, or similar
- Proven track record running domain warmup ramps from cold to production volume
- Working knowledge of DNS — you can read and write SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records without help
- Experience using Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS in your daily workflow
- A2P 10DLC campaign registration experience (through Twilio or TCR)
- At least one example of a deliverability problem you diagnosed and recovered from

1. Explain the difference between SPF *pass* and SPF *alignment*, and why DMARC cares about alignment.
2. Walk me through a 30-day warmup ramp for a brand-new subdomain that needs to handle 50,000 emails per week. Tell me Day 1 volumes, Day 30 volumes, who you send to during warmup, and what you monitor daily.
3. What's your exact process for checking sender reputation across Gmail and Outlook? Name the tools and the metrics you track.
4. Have you registered an A2P 10DLC campaign before? Walk me through the brand and campaign registration process. If you haven't done one, say so honestly — but know that this is required for the role.
5. Tell me about a specific time a domain you managed got blocked, blacklisted, or sent to spam. What was the root cause, how did you diagnose it, and what specific steps did you take to recover? "I checked the settings" is not an answer.
