We are looking for a full-time Financial Reporting & Dashboard Specialist to help create financial reports and dashboards for our clients using our software platform.
Our system connects with many of the main ERP and accounting systems used in the Nordics and internationally, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Fortnox, QuickBooks, Xero, and others.
The main responsibility of this role is to review accounting keys / chart of accounts data from our clients, understand what the accounts represent, organize them into the correct financial categories, and use that structure to create clear and accurate financial reports.
You will help build reports such as:
Income statements / profit and loss reports
- Balance sheets
- Cash flow reports
- Management reports
- Financial dashboards
- Client-specific reporting templates
This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who understands financial statements and enjoys working with financial data, reporting tools, and ERP/accounting system data.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client accounting keys / chart of accounts from different ERP and accounting systems
- Categorize accounts into correct financial reporting groups
- Create income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and dashboards using our software
- Understand the meaning of accounting accounts from systems such as Business Central, Fortnox, QuickBooks, Xero, and - similar platforms
- Identify where accounts should belong in financial reports
- Help ensure financial reports are accurate, logical, and easy to understand
- Work with client data from companies in the Nordic region
- Follow internal reporting structures and templates
- Communicate clearly with the team when account classifications are unclear
- Support ongoing improvements to report templates and dashboards
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Experience creating or working with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Ability to read and understand chart of accounts / accounting keys
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Fortnox, QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting platforms
- Good understanding of how accounts are grouped into revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with financial data
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow structured processes
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn our software platform
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial dashboards or business intelligence tools
- Experience with management reporting
- Experience working with Nordic or European accounting data
- Bookkeeping or accounting certification
- Experience supporting multiple clients or working in an accounting/reporting service role

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who understands accounting well and can look at a list of accounts from a client’s ERP system and quickly understand where each account should belong in a financial report.
You do not need to be a programmer. The most important skills are accounting knowledge, financial reporting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to learn how to use our software to build reports and dashboards.
