We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor who specializes in performance creative for Meta Ads. You will own the visual side of our paid social campaigns: producing high converting static visuals, carousels, and short form video ads at the volume modern Meta campaigns require. You will work directly alongside our team and report to the CEO, the Operational Manager, and the Marketing Manager.
This is a senior position. We are looking for someone who has done this before, knows what converts on Meta, and can hit the ground running across multiple client brands.
What you will do
Your core focus is Meta Ads creative and video editing. This means:

Designing high converting Meta Ads visuals: static images, carousels, and story format creative for Instagram and Facebook
Editing short form video ads, reels, testimonials, and UGC style content for paid social
Producing high volume creative variations for ad testing, often 10 or more variants per campaign, across different angles, hooks, and formats
Adding subtitles, captions, motion graphics, and on screen text to video content
Designing supporting social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (organic posts, carousels, reel covers, story templates)
Photo editing and retouching for product imagery and content shoots
Designing email design assets and templates when needed
Working within brand guidelines for each client to maintain consistency across many brands
Using AI design and video tools as part of your workflow to speed up production

A plus, not a must: experience with logo design and brand identity work (logo packages, color palettes, typography systems, brand guidelines). We occasionally need this for clients, and if you can deliver it that is a strong bonus.
Required skills and software

Adobe Suite at confident professional level: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator
Canva at expert level for fast turnaround work
CapCut for short form video and social content
Figma for design collaboration and handoff
AI tools in your daily workflow: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar
Proven experience producing Meta Ads creative that converts, with examples and ideally performance results
Strong understanding of the difference between scroll stopping creative and pretty creative
Solid eye for typography, color, composition, and brand consistency
Strong understanding of social media specs and best practices per platform
Motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects

Bonus skills (nice to have, not required):

Logo design and brand identity development experience
Print production knowledge (CMYK, bleed, resolution, file preparation)
Experience designing flyers, brochures, or books

All major Adobe and design software (you provide your own licenses)

How we work together
You will work alongside our team and report to the CEO, the Operational Manager, and the Marketing Manager. You will join our weekly calls and have direct access to all relevant tea ---------- mbers through Slack and ClickUp. We give you the autonomy to set your own hours and days, in exchange for clear ownership and proactive communication.
