JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate team based in South Carolina looking for a part-time video editor to start on a trial basis, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship/potentially going full-time if it's a match.

We create a high volume of content across real estate, lifestyle, and social media, and need someone who can help us edit consistently and grow with our brand.

This is a part-time trial role (10–20 hours/week) to start. If it’s a great fit, this will turn into a long-term position with steady weekly work.

What You’ll Be Editing:

Short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook):

Day in the life / lifestyle content
Cleaning / home-related videos
Social media trends
Realtor content days & team videos

Real estate content:

House tours
Model home features (Model Home Monday style)
Area/lifestyle videos

Long-form content (YouTube):

Full house tours
Podcast-style videos
Community and market updates

Event & marketing content:

Office events
Client events
Promotional and content day recaps
Platforms:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

What We’re Looking For:
Fast turnaround times
Strong understanding of short-form, engaging content
Ability to create a strong hook within the first 1–2 seconds
Experience with captions, transitions, music, and pacing
Ability to match a consistent brand style
Strong communication and reliability
Someone looking for long-term, consistent work
Position Type:

Part-time trial (10–20 hours/week)

Compensation:

We will start with a paid part-time trial period, using a combination of hourly or per-project pay depending on experience.

After the trial, we are looking to move into a long-term role with consistent weekly work and increased pay.
