JOB OVERVIEW

We are is a fast growing DTC beauty and wellness brand. Our hero product, Collagen Jelly Sticks, is in the middle of a major paid media push across Meta and TikTok, and we're scaling our creative output with AI generated avatar videos.

What You'll Do

You'll produce AI avatar videos that look and sound like high quality UGC ads. We'll provide briefs, scripts, and reference angles. You'll bring them to life using AI avatar platforms, voice generation tools, and finishing techniques that make the output feel native to social feeds rather than obviously AI.

Typical work includes:

Generating AI avatar videos using tools like HeyGen, Arcads, Captions AI, Hedra, Argil, Creatify, or Synthesia
Selecting or cloning voices (ElevenLabs or similar) that match the avatar and audience
Adapting our scripts into multiple hook and CTA variants for ad testing
Adding B roll, product shots, captions, music, and sound design to finish each video
Quality control on lip sync, pacing, and natural delivery so the ads don't feel robotic
Delivering in 9:16, 1:1, and occasionally 16:9, typically 15 to 60 seconds

Who You Are

Hands on experience producing AI avatar videos at volume, ideally for paid social ads
Strong opinions on which avatar platforms perform best for which use cases (and why)
Skilled with voice cloning and AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar)
Comfortable in a finishing tool (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or Final Cut) for B roll, captions, and polish
You understand direct response ad structure: hook, problem, solution, proof, CTA
Sharp eye for catching the small tells that make AI video look fake (and how to fix them)
Reliable turnaround (typically 48 to 72 hours per batch)
Comfortable working async via Slack, ---------- , or Google Drive

Bonus points:

Experience in beauty, wellness, or supplement DTC
Ability to write or rewrite hook variations from a base script
Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad creative best practices
