WHO WE ARE
We are a fast-moving ecommerce group operating multiple DTC brands across different niches. Our brands are mission-driven, product-focused, and built to scale. We move fast, we test constantly, and we expect the people we work with to keep up. We are looking for someone who can own the Shopify side of multiple stores completely — without needing to be managed at every step.
THE ROLE
A full-time Shopify Store Manager who takes complete ownership of store building, product listing, copywriting, and technical maintenance across multiple ecommerce brands. You will work directly with the founders and be the person who makes the stores look sharp, load fast, and convert consistently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Find, source, and list new products with complete descriptions, pricing, and optimized images
Build and maintain storefront design across multiple brands — homepages, collection pages, product pages, and landing pages
Write conversion-focused copy for all product pages, collection pages, banners, and
Build reusable product page templates and collection page templates that can be adapted across brands
Write, edit, and maintain Liquid code for custom sections, functionality, and design elements
Implement and manage Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools
Use AI tools daily to speed up copy production, image editing, product research, and store optimization
Keep every store technically clean — fast loading, fully mobile optimized, zero broken elements
Work directly with leadership on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand updates
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, page speed, and user experience without being asked
REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Minimum 2 years experience building and managing Shopify stores — not just editing existing stores, building from scratch
Able to write and edit Liquid code — this is a hard requirement, not a nice to have
Expert level with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or equivalent — you use AI daily and your output is faster and better because of it
Strong conversion copywriting skills — you can write a product description or collection page that sells without being briefed on every word
Experience building custom section templates inside Shopify
Available full-time — this is a dedicated full-time role, not a freelance side project
Clean professional written English — all copy and communication must be sharp
Detail-oriented and self-directed — broken links, slow pages, and sloppy copy are not things you let through
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience managing multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
Experience with DTC brands at meaningful ad spend levels
Knowledge of how product pages and store design connect to paid Meta or TikTok traffic
Experience with Funnelish, ClickFunnels, or other funnel builders
Familiarity with Shopify apps — reviews, upsells, subscriptions, bundles, loyalty programs
Basic graphic design skills — Canva, Figma, or equivalent
