We are hiring an Amazon Growth Operator for our Amazon FBA brand.
This is not a basic PPC role.
You will help manage Amazon PPC, organic keyword ranking, product launches, product relaunches, conversion rate, TACOS, keyword tracking, and coordination with our creator/inbox VA.
We need someone who understands that PPC is not just about lowering ACOS. PPC should help drive profitable growth, improve organic ranking, and support the overall product strategy.
You will be responsible for:
Managing Sponsored Products campaigns.
Tracking organic keyword rankings.
Choosing which keywords should be pushed for ranking.
Monitoring CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS, TACOS, sessions, and unit session percentage.
Creating weekly action plans for each product.
Identifying when a product has a traffic problem, conversion problem, or ranking problem.
Coordinating with our creator/inbox VA so they know which products and keywords need support.
Helping execute launch and relaunch plans.
Search term harvesting and negative keyword management.
Flagging listing issues that hurt conversion, including price, reviews, main image, coupon, title, images, and A+ content.
Requirements:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Amazon Campaign Manager.
Experience with Helium 10 or similar keyword tools.
Strong spreadsheet skills.
Good English.
Strong analytical thinking.
Ability to manage tasks and communicate clearly with another VA.
Ability to follow SOPs and improve them over time.
