Build Shield Compliance is seeking a tea
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and Accounting.
The candidate will support public works labor compliance and certified payroll matters. The ideal candidate is HIGHLY ORGANIZED, highly detail-oriented, fluent in English, available to work U.S. hours, and has an understanding of payroll and accounting.
Prior experience in California Prevailing wage work is not required. Training will be provided to the new hire.
Candidates who have taken a DISC Assessment with a High C and/or High S are recommended to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Review certified payroll records for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with DIR-related documentation and public works compliance
• Track wage determinations, classifications, and apprenticeship requirements
• Draft correspondence, summaries, and compliance-related documents
Requirements:
• Strong use of Excel
• Use of Asana
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Available to work U.S. business hours
• Highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Has high attention to detail..
Initial hours will be 10-20 per week and increase to 40 hours per week with experience and independence within the role.
