JOB OVERVIEW

???? Virtual Assistant – WhatsApp Booking Support

We are a fast-growing home-service massage platform. Our therapists travel directly to customers’ homes and hotels.

We are hiring a highly responsive Virtual Assistant to handle simple customer bookings via WhatsApp.

This is an availability-based role.

We cannot guarantee a fixed number of bookings. Booking volume depends on:
• Customer demand in the market
• Your response speed
• Communication quality
• How efficiently you connect customers with therapists

Fast, focused assistants usually perform better and earn more.

???? Responsibilities

Your job:
• Reply to WhatsApp messages fast
• Ask customers for location, time, and service
• Post requests in the therapist group
• Connect customer and therapist
• Handle occasional simple calls
• Record each booking in a tracking table (Google Sheets or similar)

Each booking usually takes only 2–3 minutes of active work.

? Work Setup

• 40 hours per week
• Fixed daily shifts
• During your shift:
- Keep WhatsApp open
- Respond within seconds (max 1–2 minutes)

You may do other work during your shift, but ONLY if your response time stays perfect.

If messages are late, ignored, or low quality ? immediate removal.

• $6 per shift
• $2 per confirmed booking

Average:
• ~7 bookings per shift
• More possible as demand grows

Again: bookings are not guaranteed.

• Good English required
• Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage (not mandatory)

• Response speed
• Reliability
• Accuracy in handling bookings
• Communication quality
• Ability to follow instructions
