We are a North American review management company hiring a sharp, professional Customer Success Agent to handle inbound customer calls and WhatsApp messages on our behalf.
This is an ON-DEMAND role. You must be available to answer calls and messages at any time during agreed hours. Reliability is non-negotiable.
You MUST have:
•? ?Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or North American-sounding accent required)
•? ?A calm, confident, professional phone manner
•? ?At least 1 year of customer service or call handling experience
•? ?Stable, fast internet connection at all times (backup mobile data required)
•? ?A backup power source or UPS in case of electricity interruption
•? ?WhatsApp installed and active on your phone
•? ?Ability to use RingCentral to receive forwarded calls
•? ?A quiet, professional workspace
What you will be doing:
•? ?Answering all inbound calls forwarded from our business lines
•? ?Screening each call: new client inquiries get transferred to the owner immediately; existing customer complaints are handled fully using our scripts
•? ?Responding to inbound WhatsApp messages using our response system
•? ?Following objection-handling scripts precisely — full training provided
•? ?Escalating urgent situations to management immediately
•? ?Sending a short daily log of all calls and messages handled
Pay: 1,300 PHP per day (on-demand availability)
