CRO Insights Analyst (AI-Assisted) — Full-Time, Long-Term, Work From Home
We are Lunify, a UK-based conversion rate optimisation (CRO) agency working with high-growth Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce brands in women's health, beauty, and wellness. We are hiring our first dedicated full-time analyst to own the research and insights layer of our delivery.
This is a long-term, work-from-home role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us — not freelance project work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will turn cross-channel data into clear, evidence-backed insights and test hypotheses every week, for each of our clients. Our agency leadership decides what gets tested. Your job is to surface the patterns and evidence that make those decisions sharp.
This is an AI-augmented role. You will use Claude every single day to synthesise data, customer research, and patterns across channels. We will provide a Claude Max account and all other tools you need.
WHAT YOU WILL DO (WEEKLY, PER CLIENT)
- Pull data from Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and survey tools
- Synthesise findings across paid ads, landing pages, behaviour data, and Voice of Customer (VOC) research
- Produce 3 to 5 evidence-backed insights using our framework
- Suggest 2 to 3 test hypotheses with prioritisation reasoning
- Maintain Airtable as our research and testing knowledge base
- Record a 10 to 15 minute Loom walkthrough of your weekly findings
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- Make final strategic decisions (the agency owner does this)
- Speak directly with clients (not in this role, may grow later)
- Design or write copy
- Implement code or run experiments
OUR INSIGHT FRAMEWORK (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Every insight you produce must include:
1. Observation — the fact, with numbers
2. Evidence — minimum 2 to 3 sources supporting it
3. Interpretation — your reasoning for why it is happening
4. Confidence level — low, medium, or high
5. Suggested test — what we could test to act on the insight
We will judge the quality of your reasoning, not just your conclusions. We want a thinking partner, not a report writer.
WHO YOU ARE
Required:
- 2 or more years of experience in marketing analytics, CRO, growth analyst, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (custom reports, funnels, attribution)
- Familiar with Microsoft Clarity, Shopify analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable with Airtable (or Notion / Coda databases)
- Excellent written English — your weekly reports must be clear, precise, and easy to read
AI literacy is essential, not optional. You must:
- Be experienced using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for daily analysis and synthesis work
- Be comfortable building structured AI projects with brand-specific context (e.g. Claude Projects, Custom GPTs)
- Understand AI failure modes (hallucinated patterns, false confidence, surface-level summaries)
If you only use AI to "summarise things," this role is not for you. We want someone who treats AI as a thinking partner.
You will work in Claude (we provide a Claude Max account), but we welcome examples of work you have done in any AI tool as evidence of your skill.
Bonus skills (not required):
- Make.com or Zapier experience for automating reporting
- Experience with DTC ecommerce brands specifically
- Familiarity with statistical significance in A/B testing
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Work-from-home, Philippines hours (9am to 6pm Manila time)
- One fixed weekly overlap meeting with the founder at 4:30pm Manila time on Mondays (30 minutes)
- All other communication is asynchronous via Slack and Loom
- We are an async-first team — we do not expect you to be online outside your working hours
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- PHP 48,000 to PHP 84,000 per month (USD 800 to 1,500), depending on experience and test task quality
- 13th month pay
- Paid time off — 15 days per year, plus Philippine public holidays
- All tools and software paid for by Lunify (Claude Max, Airtable, etc.)
- Long-term role with growth path — strong performers will see salary reviews every 6 months
