JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant (Premium Wellness Coffee Brand)
About the Role: I am a Market Development Leader for AGARA, a rapidly growing wellness coffee brand. I am looking for a highly skilled, college-educated Digital Assistant to join me as a partner in scaling my business. This is not a data-entry role; this is a growth-focused position for someone who understands digital marketing, sales, and community building.
Your Responsibilities:
• Marketing Funnels: Build, manage, and optimize landing pages and email sequences.
• Cold Outreach: Conduct professional cold outreach via phone and LinkedIn to potential business ambassadors.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and engage with content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to build the “Coffee Talk with Ron” brand.
• Lead Management: Track leads in our CRM, follow up on inquiries, and help nurture prospects from “interested” to “ambassador.”
• Strategy: Participate in weekly planning sessions to refine our growth strategy.
Requirements:
• Education: College degree (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, B2C sales, or virtual assistant roles for US/North American-based companies.
• Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English (C1/C2 level). Proficiency in funnel builders, CRM software, and social media analytics.
• Mindset: You are proactive, not reactive. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify what needs to be done to grow the business.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (Must be willing to work hours that overlap with North American time zones).
