JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are seeking a disciplined and high-performing Lead Qualifier to manage our warm lead database. This is a targeted role focused on re-engaging property owners who have previously shown interest in selling.

This position requires a "prospecting athlete"—someone who can maintain high energy across a split-shift schedule to reach homeowners at peak response times. You will vet leads for motivation and property details before passing them to our senior acquisitions team.

The Schedule & Performance Standards
This role is strictly tied to Eastern Standard Time (EST). To maximize contact rates, you will work one or two of the following windows:

Morning: 8 AM – 10 AM EST

Mid-day: 12 PM – 2 PM EST

Evening: 5 PM – 8 PM EST

Success is measured by data. We are a KPI-driven (Key Performance Indicator) company. You will be expected to:

Maintain a consistent daily call volume (Expected: 250 dials per day).

Meet weekly targets for qualified leads and warm transfers.

Log all activity with 100?curacy in our CRM.

Required Qualifications
Real Estate Expertise: 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate cold calling or lead management is required.

Objection Mastery: You must be able to handle "not interested" or price objections with grace, curiosity, and persistence.

EST Availability: You must be fully available and alert during the specific split-shift hours listed above.

Technical Specs: Noise-canceling headset, stable high-speed internet, and a backup power solution.

Key Responsibilities
Call "Old Warm" leads to re-verify selling intent.

Qualify leads based on the 3 Pillars: Interest in selling, Price and Motivation.

Perform seamless warm transfers to the acquisitions team.

Overcome gatekeepers and stalls to reach the decision-maker.
