The Role
NOC Support Technician
What you will do
You will be responsible for supporting our clients and their organizations during USA Cyber’s normal business hours (NBH=7:00 AM-6:00 PM CST M-F). This role is responsible for triaging and resolving inbound monitoring alert tickets, responding to client-submitted support requests, escalation to our engineering staff when necessary, improving USAC’s client documentation, rolling out software and updates using USAC's defined procedures, managing and monitoring backup procedures, and other after US business hours tasks to support our team and clients.
The Requirements
• Prior experience in IT is required, prior work with a Managed Service Provider is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A+, Veeam, or equivalent)
• Schedule flexibility-shifts will be 8 hours long, but start and end times may vary from day to day
