Role Overview
This is not a task-based VA role—we are looking for someone who thinks, improves systems, and operates independently. You will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, skip tracing contact information, and initiating outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads.
You should be comfortable working with minimal supervision, taking initiative, and continuously improving your approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Pull property and owner records from county and online databases
* Skip trace property owners to obtain accurate contact information
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners
* Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally in conversation
* Identify motivated sellers and gather key property/seller details
* Accurately input and update lead data in CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss or similar)
* Provide daily reporting on activity, conversations, and lead quality
* Continuously improve processes and suggest efficiencies

Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing
* Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, conversational)
* Experience with skip tracing tools (Batch, PropStream, REI Skip, etc.)
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain high call volume
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
